The Grim Reap-Purr

I’ve never been much for cats. When I see one headed in my direction, I usually head in the opposite one (they make me sneeze and wheeze). Now I have one more good reason. Man, this Oscar makes that other one look like a real pansy.

The Grim Reap-Purr–it figures. Now I’m confident that there’s a perfectly rational and natural explanation for this one. But still, isn’t it fun to wallow in a good mystery every now and then, even for a little while?

Somebody should tell Daniel Engber that, the little scientific snot.

You crack me up. I read this the other day…but would have never tied it with OtG.

I am with you on the good mystery though…

That’s a bit scary, don’t you think? BTW, you’d fit in real well in our family. Cats are not admitted. They give us the sneezes too.

Jay Leno’s “Maybe they’re all allergic to cats” cracked me up.

It’s not so amazing to me that the cat can tell when people are going to die as it is that the cat seems to care (or whatever it is that it thinks it’s doing by lying there).

I forgot to mention that in addition to sneezing and wheezing, my conjunctiva swells like a balloon when I’m around a cat, giving me a very bad case of bulging, Roger Rabbit eyes.

    reJoyce–

I didn’t know cats cared about anything other than how clean their behinds were, so this comes as a surprise to me too.
