I Spy Obama

Well, truth be told, I was several blocks away when he blew through town. But if I had an extra $1000 lying around, I might have gotten an eye and earful.

    off topic… saw this today.

It was very clever. My hat’s off to both of ’em for thinking fast on their feet.

That’s very good news about J.J. Thanks for letting me know.

Read his book-a lot of talk about problems but no real solutions offered up- must confess I like having a strong woman candidate, a black man, and a Mormon on the ticket. Look how far America has come! I like the significance of this election. I luv the ole USA!

And I love the irony of the only serious Republican candidate who is still married to only one wife being the Mormon!

Last post strong refers to all three cndidates mentioned.

You know they say the key to a long life is good whiskey and good women. These republicans took that second part to heart.

I’ve modified it to a good glass of wine and a good woman.

I like the irony as well.

Amen to one woman and one glass.

    M,
Don’t remember if I told you but I ante’d up $50 apiece to see Barack in St. Louis earlier this year. He is impressive and a potentially unifying presence in this country. I’m still betting that the final four will be Clinton/Obama vs. McCain/Rice next year.

I do recall that. And for $50! What a great deal you got!

McCain? Oh, it must be that new campaign manager that he’s going to hire. 🙂

I don’t think McCain – or anyone else that continues to kiss Bush’s butt – stands a chance. We’re sick and tired of the mess.

There does seem to be a consensus developing these days, doesn’t it.
